There are numerous film documentaries featuring Washington state history content that can either complement current curriculum goals or stand on their own as separate lesson plans to fulfill Washington state Social Studies academic expectations. 

Many of these documentaries can be found in the 4Culture Heritage Resource Library (101 Prefontaine Place South, Seattle, WA 98104), though possibly only in VHS format.  The following documentaries may be found on DVD through the specific Historical Societies or Museums associated with each project, or through local libraries.
