About Bart’s Magical History Tour contest
This summer, The Seattle Times Newspapers In Education (NIE), HistoryLink.org, and Bartell Drugs are hosting a history hunt contest called the Magical History Tour. Each Monday between May 24th and August 23rd a clue will be released. You can find the clue for the week in The Seattle Times on Mondays or at HistoryLink.org/Bart.
Once you have the clue, tour historical sites in the Puget Sound region to find the answers.
Each week you will be able to find additional resources and locations for the clues on HistoryLink.org. You can turn in your answers in a drop box on the photo counter of any Bartell Drugs location in King, Pierce and Snohomish counties or mail them to the address below.
Start today and win prizes!
You don’t have to start at the beginning to win! Just solve this weeks clue and you will be in the running for the prize of the week! However, the more clues you solve, the better your chances are to win the grand prize.
Win the grand prize and take you family on a trip to Great Wolf lodge!
Even if you only solve one clue, you will be in the running for this fabulous vacation, but if you solve all the clues you will have an even better chance. For each correct answer, you will have another entry in the drawing for the grand prize.
So start today, and go back and answer all the clues. It will be a fun summer adventure, and a great way to learn about the community you live in.
Mail entry form to:
2010 Magical History Tour
4727 Denver Ave S, Seattle, WA 98134
When you turn in each week’s answer, you will be entered into a weekly prize drawing, as well as a special end of summer grand-prize drawing for a family vacation to Great Wolf Lodge.
